Logistics Coordinator - Bilingual

At least 1 year of experience in a track and trace position.

Responsibilities:

• Track loads from pick up – in transit – delivered status.

• Responsible for always acknowledging any notification from partners and

registering all load information received from the carrier or driver in the system.

• Must confirm pick up and deliveries.

• Reaching out to the carrier to confirm shipping hours and if the load is ready.

• Continuous positioning of the loads update is required.

• Call drivers or dispatchers to request ETA and current location.

• Forward border/customs documents related to the load to the proper department.

• Comprehension of logistics documents i.e., POD, BOL.

• Response to inbound calls to dispatch and trip monitors.

• Other duties as assigned.

• Data Entry of loads.

• Computer Skills including the ability to operate computerized logistics,

spreadsheets, and word-processing programs

• Proficient in all internal software

• Proven written and verbal communicator

• Proven team member with the ability to collaborate across all departments

• Proficient in Microsoft Office

• U.S Geography

• Computer (usage of Front email support, Sylectus Track System)

• Phones (Sporadic communication via Zoom Meeting app)
